Blue Nile is one of the largest online jewellers, offering a wide selection of handcrafted engagement rings and fine jewellery to anyone who wants to make their treasured moments, from weddings to everyday celebrations, extra special.

To deepen their relationships with their current and potential customers, they had to re-evaluate their 1:1 CRM experience. Together we developed the design system, content and cadence. By doing so, the brand become more helpful to their customers, by meeting them where they were in the buying process and offering various resources to make their heart-pounding decisions seem effortless.
